Cuando termin\u00f3 el colegio se dio cuenta de que su gran ilusi\u00f3n era conocer mundo. As\u00ed que, con tan solo 18 a\u00f1os, Iv\u00e1n pens\u00f3 que trabajando como modelo conseguir\u00eda viajar por todos los rincones del planeta. Y no iba mal encaminado, porque gracias a su esfuerzo y talento, consigui\u00f3 desfilar en algunas de las pasarelas importantes y famosas del mundo.<\/p>\n

Tras su etapa como modelo, Iv\u00e1n dio el salto al mundo de la interpretaci\u00f3n trabajando as\u00ed en series de gran \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n

Su primer papel protagonista no tard\u00f3 en llegar, en el a\u00f1o 2005 pas\u00f3 a protagonizar \u201cEl aut\u00e9ntico Rodrigo Leal\u201d, una serie que ridiculizaba los reality shows tipo Gran hermano, que tuvo un gran \u00e9xito. Pero su gran oportunidad llegar\u00eda un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s gracias a la serie \u201cHospital Central\u201d, que le ofreci\u00f3 un papel principal como m\u00e9dico de Samur.<\/p>\n

La serie, que es una de las m\u00e1s exitosas y consolidadas del panorama televisivo, ha supuesto para Iv\u00e1n el hecho de quitarse por un tiempo la etiqueta de modelo para colgarse la de actor. Interpret\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n en el cine gracias a \u201cBesos de gato\u201d (2003), de Rafael Alc\u00e1zar y otro papel en \u201cEnloquecidas\u201d de Juan Luis Iborra junto a Jordi Rebell\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

A pesar de protagonizar tambi\u00e9n Iv\u00e1n hab\u00eda hecho anteriormente, secundarios de continuidad en otras series como \u201cEl Pantano\u201d (2003), \u201cJavier ya no vive solo\u201d(2003), \u201cEl Comisario\u201d (2003), \u201cLa sopa boba\u201d (2004)\u00a0o \u201cCon dos tacones\u201d (2006)\u00a0e intervenciones en \u201cPeriodistas\u201d (1998),\u201dLondon Street\u201d (2003), \u201cUn paso adelante\u201d (2003), \u201cAqu\u00ed no hay quien viva\u201d (2003)\u00a0y \u201cDe moda\u201d (2004).<\/p>\n

En el Teatro Lara de Madrid ha representado la obra \u201cFool for love\u201d. Junto a otros actores ha viajado por toda Espa\u00f1a, representando esta obra. The Process-a theatre company fue creada hace ya m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os para llevar a cabo sus propios proyectos con sus socios, actores y colegas.<\/p>\n

Abandona la serie \u201cHospital Central\u201d en marzo del 2011 para incorporarse a la teleserie hispano-estadounidense \u201cLa Reina del Sur\u201d, que a la postre le acabar\u00eda abriendo el mercado laboral en latinoam\u00e9rica. Acabando LRDS, se incorpor\u00f3 a la segunda temporada de la serie de Antena 3 \u201cHispania, la leyenda\u201d.<\/p>\n

En el 2013, actu\u00f3 de la mano de Televisa M\u00e9xico, donde hizo su debut en el papel antagonista principal como Hern\u00e1n Salda\u00f1a, en \u201cLa Tempestad\u201d.<\/p>\n

En el 2014 apareci\u00f3 como invitado en la segunda temporada de la serie \u201cCrossing Lines\u201d donde interpret\u00f3 al reportero Mateo Cruz.<\/p>\n

En 2015, vuelve a la televisi\u00f3n con \u201cSe\u00f1orita P\u00f3lvora\u201d como protagonista, donde interpreta Miguel Galindo \u201cM8\u201d. Vuelve a hacer cine, \u00abParaiso perdido\u00bb de Humberto Hinojosa. Tambi\u00e9n en 2015 novela de Televisa, \u201cLo Imperdonable\u201d, donde act\u00faa como protagonista principal interpretando a Mart\u00edn San Telmo. Y a la vez, compagina con teatro, la obra \u00abNunca es tarde para aprender franc\u00e9s\u00bb de Manolo Caro.<\/p>\n

En 2016 protagoniza \u00abYago\u00bb y estrena su primer largometraje como productor y protagonista de la pel\u00edcula \u00abBackseat Fighter.\u00bb<\/p>\n

En diciembre de 2016 particip\u00f3 en la obra \u00abConejo blanco, conejo rojo\u00bb de Nassim Suleimanpour.<\/p>\n

Su m\u00e1s reciente proyecto en teatro musical fue con la puesta en escena \u00abEl Guardaespaldas\u00bb en la Gran V\u00eda de Madrid.<\/p>\n

En cine fue parte del elenco de la pel\u00edcula \u00abDibujando el cielo\u00bb, filmada en M\u00e9xico, para estrenarse en 2018.<\/p>\n

La serie \u00abNo te puede esconder\u00bb para Netflix, de la mano de Telemundo e Isla Producciones en 2020.<\/p>\n

Su nueva pel\u00edcula en 2020-2021 como protagonista \u00abIsaac\u00bb de los directores \u00c1ngeles Hernandez y David Matamoros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Reci\u00e9n estrenada la tercera temporada de la serie \u00abPeque\u00f1as Coincidencias\u00bb en Amazon Prime Video 2021.<\/p>\n

En 2022 y 2023 protagoniza el biopic de la la serie de TV de \u00abBos\u00e9\u00bb con gran \u00e9xito de p\u00fablico y de premios. Tambi\u00e9n co-protagoniza el \u00e9xito a nivel mundial en Amazon Prime Video de \u00abCulpa M\u00eda\u00bb, rodando la segunda y tercera parte de la trioligia de libros de Mercedes Ron. Y estrena tambi\u00e9n en 2024 la serie para HBO de \u00abLas Bravas\u00bb.<\/p>\n

When he finished school he realized that his great illusion was to know the world. So, at just 18, Ivan thought that working as a model would get to travel all over the world. And it was not going badly, because thanks to his effort and talent, he managed to work at the most important and famous catwalks of the world.<\/p>\n

After his stage as a model, Ivan made the leap to the world of interpretation working in such a series of great success.<\/p>\n

His first leading role soon arrived, in 2005 he starred in \u201cThe Real Rodrigo Leal,\u201d a series that ridiculed reality shows like Big Brother, which had a great success. That same year, he received an offer to present a contest of couples with Eva Gonz\u00e1lez. But his great opportunity would arrive a year later thanks to the series \u201cHospital Central\u201d, that offered him a main character as a Samur\u00b4s doctor.<\/p>\n

The series, which was one of the most exotic and consolidated on spanish television, has meant for Ivan to take away for a while the fashion world for the actor\u2019s layer. He also played on cinema thanks to \u201cBesos de gato\u201d (2003), by Rafael Alc\u00e1zar and another role in Enloquecidas by Juan Luis Iborra with Jordi Rebell\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

At the Teatro Lara in Madrid he has performed the play \u201cFool for love\u201d. Along with other actors has traveled throughout Spain, representing this work. The Process-a theater company was created more than 10 years ago to carry out its own projects with its partners, actors and colleagues.<\/p>\n

He left \u201cHospital Central\u201d in March 2011 to join the NBCU-Telemundo teleserie \u201cThe Queen of the South\u201d, that\u00b4s gonna be a point break in his career on Latinamerica, and later to the second season of Antena 3 Series \u201dHispania, the legend\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2013, he performed with Televisa M\u00e9xico, where he made his debut in the main antagonistic role as Hern\u00e1n Salda\u00f1a, in \u201cThe Tempest\u201d.<\/p>\n

In 2014 he appeared as a special guest in the second season of the series \u201cCrossing Lines\u201d where he played the reporter Mateo Cruz.<\/p>\n

In 2015, he\u00b4s back on tv with \u201cSe\u00f1orita P\u00f3lvora\u201d as protagonist, where he plays Miguel Galindo \u201cM8\u201d.<\/p>\n

He also played the main male carachter on the film \u00abParaiso Perdido\u00bb directed by Humberto Hinijosa.<\/p>\n

Also in 2015 on Televisa, \u201cLo Imperdonable\u201d where he plays the main character interpreting Mart\u00edn San Telmo.<\/p>\n

In 2016 he stars in \u201cYago\u201d Tv series and premieres his first feature film as producer and star of the film Backseat Fighter.<\/p>\n

On December 2016, he participated\u00a0in the theatrical experience \u201cWhite rabbit, red rabbit\u201d by Nassim Suleimanpour.<\/p>\n

His latest play was \u00abEl Guardaespaldas\u00bb a musical theatre in Madrid.<\/p>\n

Iv\u00e1n was cast in \u00abDibujando el cielo\u00bb, exhibited in M\u00e9xico 2018.<\/p>\n

TV Series has been premiered on Netflix on February 2020, \u00abYou can’t hide\u00bb.<\/p>\n

And Iv\u00e1n will be on \u00abIsaac\u00bb a new film directed by Angeles Hernandez & David Matamoros, this March 2020<\/p>\n

And just launched on Amazon Prime Video his new TV Series \u00abPeque\u00f1as Coincidencias\u00bb 3rd season.<\/p>\n

In 2022 and 2023 he stars in the biopic of the \u00abBos\u00e9\u00bb TV series with great success with the audience and awards. He also co-stars in the worldwide success \u00abCulpa M\u00eda\u00bb on Amazon Prime Video, filming the second and third part of the trilogy of Mercedes Ron’s books. And the HBO series \u00abLas Bravas\u00bb will also premiere in 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
